Whuff-aoke or Bust!

There may be changes along the way, but here is what we are looking at for the overall Whuffaoke travel/stop schedule:

DAY 1: Wednesday, July 15, 2009

(San Francisco)

6:30 pm – Kickoff party at Citizen Space (425 – 2nd Street, San Francisco)

11:30 pm – We wave goodbye and head to our first night of RV camping!

1:30 am – Pull into the Maple Leaf RV Park in Morgan Hill, CA -zzzzzzz

DAY 2: Thursday, July 16, 2009

(Los Angeles)

10:00 am – Pull out of the Morgan Hill RV Park to head to LA (7 hour trip)

5:00 pm – Arrive in Los Angeles! Pick up Raina!

5:00 – 6:00 pm – Touring around Los Angeles, taking in sights and singing.

7:00 pm – Pull into Venice Beach where Paige Craig will greet us with BBQ and Whuffaoke party! 3205 Ocean Front Walk Unit B Marina del Rey, CA

7:00 – 11:30 pm – Whuffaoke LA Party on Venice Beach! 3205 Ocean Front Walk Unit B Marina del Rey, CA

11:30 pm – Whuffaoke pulls out and goes to park at RV Park (TBD) for the night. zzzzzz

DAY 3: Friday, July 17, 2009

(Las Vegas)

10:00 am – Pull out of RV park and head to Las Vegas! (6 hour trip)

5:00 pm – Arrive in Las Vegas! Find our campsite…get set up. (tbd)

7:00 pm – Head into Vegas and hit the strip! Tour around, picking up guests and dropping them off.

Really really late am – head back to the campsite (tbd) and crash. zzzzzz

DAY 4: Saturday, July 18, 2009

(Las Vegas)

10:00 am – Rise and shine! (we’re letting ourselves sleep until a double digit)

12:00 pm – Touring Las Vegas. Maybe we’ll hit some casinos? Some exhibits? Definitely find some fun stuff to do!

7:00 pm – Attend LOVE (Cirque Du Soleil show!)

8:30 pm – Tour backstage of LOVE

10:00 pm – Hit the strip again for more shenanigans!

12:00 am – Back to the campsite to snoooooze! Big day tomorrow!

DAY 5: Sunday, July 19, 2009

(Salt Lake City)

7:00 am – Pulling out of Las Vegas reeeeeeaaaally early! It’s a 9 hour drive to SLC! (9 hour trip)

5:00 pm – Arriving in Salt Lake City! Picking up Drew, M. David and Ghennipher!

5:00 – 7:00 pm – Touring of Salt Lake City

7:00 pm – Whuffaoke party in location tbd!

11:00 pm – Waving goodbye to our good friends in SLC and heading to campsite (tbd). zzzzz

(Boulder)

9am – 11am – Change in plans, please find details on the Boulder page

DAY 7: Tuesday, July 21, 2009

(Omaha)

7:00 am – Another early morning! What up with that? Heading to Omaha! (11.5 hour trip)

5:00 pm – Arrive in Omaha! Pick up Jeff Slobotski for a tour!

5:00 – 7:00 pm – Tour around Omaha with Jeff!

7:00 pm – Whuffaoke party at a location tbd…

11:00 pm – Head to our campsite for the night…tbd….zzzzzz.

DAY 8: Wednesday, July 22, 2009

(Des Moines)

9:00 am – Pulling out of Omaha…not as early since it’s only 3 hours to Des Moines! Yay! (3 hour trip)

1:00 pm – Arriving in Des Moines.

1:00 – 7:00 pm – Lots of stuff yet to be determined…stay tuned!

7:00 pm – Whuffaoke party at a location tbd…

11:00 pm – Head to our campsite for the night…tbd….zzzzzz.

DAY 9: Thursday, July 23, 2009

(Chicago)

9:00 am – Pulling out of Des Moines and heading to Chi town! (7 hour trip)

5:00 pm – Arriving in Chicago!

5:00 – 6:00 pm – Finding our campsite and getting ready for our partay!

6:00 pm – (tentative) BlogHer party with Nokia sponsoring

9:00 pm – Heading back to the campsite and continuing our fun there.

DAY 10: Friday, July 24, 2009

(Chicago)

10:00 am – We are SO sleeping in…maybe even later!

1:00 pm – Head back into Chicago to tour around, stop at coworking space, Threadless store, etc.

7:00 pm – Another party in Chi-Town? TBD

11:00 pm – Heading back to our campsite tbd!

DAY 11: Saturday, July 25, 2009

(Pittsburgh)

7:30 am – Pulling out of Chicago, heading to Pittsburgh. (9.5 hour trip)

5:00 pm – Arriving in Pittsburgh! Picking up Amy for a tour!

5:00 – 7:00 pm – Amy will take us for a tour of this lovely college town!

7:00 pm – Whuffaoke party in place tbd.

11:00 pm – Heading to our RV park for the night. zzzzzz.

DAY 12: Sunday, July 26, 2009

(Philadelphia)

11:00 am – Pulling out of Pittsburgh…heading to Philly. (6 hour trip)

5:00 pm – Arrival in Philly. Find our bearings/RV park/wherever we are sleeping. Hanging out casually tonight…maybe touring around a little in Philly. Definitely getting a cheesesteak.

DAY 13: Monday, July 27, 2009

(Philadelphia)

10:00 am – Rise and shine!

12:00 pm – Time to tour around Philly…taking in sites, photos, and visiting Indy Hall etc.

6:00 pm – Whuffaoke Party at Indy Hall!

11:00 pm – Sleepy time!

DAY 14: Tuesday, July 28, 2009

(New York City)

10:00 am – Heading out from Philly to NYC! (2 hour trip)

12:00 pm - Arrive in NYC.

12:00 – 5:00 pm – Tour around NYC. Sites and sounds. Coworking space, etc.

6:00 pm – Whuffaoke party! TBD…

10:00 pm – Head to RV park outside of Manhattan.

DAY 15: Wednesday, July 29, 2009

(Boston)

10:00 am – Leave RV Park outside of NYC and head to Boston. (5 hour trip)

3:00 pm – Arrive in Boston/Cambridge. Pick up Ed and Natasha.

3:00 pm – 5:00 pm – Touring around Boston and Cambridge.

6:00 pm - Whuffaoke Party in place tbd…

10:00 pm – Heading to the RV park for the night…zzzzz

DAY 16: Thursday, July 30, 2009

(Montreal)

9:00 am – Leave the RV Park and head to the border! (7 hour trip in total – 5 hours to border)

2:00 pm – Arrive at border…pretty sure we’ll have to turn off the cameras. :/ Wish us luck!

3:00 pm – Leave border and head to Montreal

5:00 pm – Should be pulling into Montreal – heading to Tara’s new place in the Plateau to get cleaned up…collapse.

7:00 pm – Chillax in Montreal … saving the party for the next night.

DAY 17: Friday, July 31, 2009

(Montreal)

1:00 – 3:00 pm – Touring around Montreal.

6:00 pm – Whuffaoke final party at place tbd!
